There are two Guest Services Desks available in the mall. One near Starbucks and the other Desk is located on Level G near Metro Entrance. A mail box is located facing Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road. Mail is collected daily.

Parking Information: 

• Enjoy up to 3 hours of free parking
• A fee of AED 20 per additional hour or part thereof will apply after the free period
• Convenient payment options are available via cash and card at on-site payment machines
• Card-only payments accepted at the exit lanes
• Please exit within 15 minutes of completing your payment or validation
• Free parking resets after a gap of 6 hours from your last exit
• Complimentary parking is extended on Sundays and Public Holidays
• VOX Cinema guests can enjoy an extra 3 hours free with validation at the VOX ticket counter

General Parking Guidelines

• This parking facility is reserved for BurJuman Mall guests
• ANPR technology enables ticketless entry and exit for your convenience
• Kindly note that private transport and staff buses are not permitted
• Please validate your parking before exiting; the system does not issue reminders
• Overnight parking is not permitted, and extended stays will incur a fine of AED 350/day
• In case of misuse or improper parking, a fine of AED 250 will apply, including towing at owner’s cost and risk
• Please maintain a speed limit of 20 km/h within the parking areas
• Electric vehicle drivers are welcomed to use designated EV charging stations for up to 1 hour
• For safety, avoid using standard sockets for EV charging
• Kindly avoid storing hazardous or flammable items in your vehicle
• Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis & please respect reserved spaces for People of Determination and families
• All vehicles are parked at the owner’s responsibility; BurJuman Mall will not be responsible for any damage or loss. In case of any incident, please contact police authorities in accordance with the laws of the emirate of Dubai
• BurJuman Mall reserves the right to update parking guidelines as needed

Separate prayer rooms for ladies and men are located on Level 3, near the food court and near the BurJuman Business Tower entrance.

RTA Taxis – A Taxi drop-off and pick-up service is provided in the mall. The drop-off and pick-up area is located outside BurJuman’s main entrance.

Wheechair can be requested from 2 counters and the security team.
